Ας πάμε πίσω στο χρόνο, στις αρχές Απριλίου 2014 στο Μουσείο Κυνηγιού και Φύσης στο Παρίσι.
Ένας διεθνής καλλιτέχνης, ο Abraham Poincheval, ξεκίνησε ένα πρωτοφανές πείραμα και κλείστηκε στο δέρμα μιας αρκούδας για 13 ημέρες!
Ναι, ναι, στο δέρμα μιας αρκούδας. Μια σχεδόν πανομοιότυπη αναπαράσταση (σε ελαφρώς μεγαλύτερο μέγεθος) μιας καφέ αρκούδας, στην οποία ο καλλιτέχνης εγκατέστησε το καταφύγιό του και όπου παρέμεινε απομονωμένος από τον κόσμο.
Κατά τη διάρκεια του πειράματος, ο καλλιτέχνης αποφάσισε να αποκοπεί εντελώς από τον έξω κόσμο, κρατώντας το ρολόι του, τα βιβλία του και την αφυδατωμένη τροφή του όσο το δυνατόν πιο κοντά σε αυτό που θα μπορούσε να φάει μια αρκούδα.
Αν και ο καλλιτέχνης επέλεξε να αποσυνδεθεί από τον κόσμο, παρέμεινε ωστόσο παρατηρήσιμος από τους επισκέπτες, οι οποίοι είχαν την επιλογή να κοιτάξουν τις εικόνες της κάμερας ή να κατασκοπεύσουν απευθείας το εσωτερικό της αρκούδας μέσω ενός ματιού που βρισκόταν στο ύψος του πρωκτού της ανακατασκευασμένης αρκούδας.
Ένα καταπληκτικό πείραμα, έτσι δεν είναι;
Και αυτή δεν είναι ούτε η πρώτη ούτε η τελευταία εμπειρία του καλλιτέχνη.

Let’s go back in time to the beginning of April 2014 at the Museum of Hunting and Nature in Paris.
An international artist, Abraham Poincheval, embarked on an unprecedented experiment and locked himself in the body of a bear for 13 days!
Yes, yes, the body of a bear. An almost identical reconstitution (a slightly larger size) of a brown bear, in which the artist installed his refuge and where he remained recluse from the world.
For the duration of the experiment, the artist decided to cut himself off entirely from the outside world, keeping his watch, books and dehydrated food as close as possible to what a bear could eat.
If the artist chose to disconnect himself, he remained observable by the visitors who had the choice of looking at the images of the camera or spying directly on the inside of the bear through a peephole located at the level of the anus of the reconstructed bear.
An amazing experiment, isn’t it?
And this is neither the first nor the last experience of the Artist.

Remontons un peu le temps, début avril 2014 au Musée de la chasse et de la nature à Paris.
Un Artiste international, Abraham Poincheval, se lance alors dans une expérience inédite et va s’enfermer dans la peau d’un ours pendant 13 jours.
Oui oui, la peau d’un ours. Une reconstitution presque identique (un format légèrement plus grand) d’un ours brun ; dans lequel l’artiste a installé son refuge et où il resta reclus du monde.
Pendant la durée de l’expérience, l’artiste décida de se couper entièrement du monde extérieur, il conserva avec lui sa montre, des livres et de la nourriture déshydratée correspondant au plus proche à ce qu’un ours pourrait manger.
Si l’artiste fit le choix de se déconnecter il resta observable par les visiteurs qui pouvaient soit regarder les images de la caméra soit l’épier directement à l’intérieur de l’ours par un judas situé au niveau de l’anus de l’ours reconstitué.
Etonnante expérience n’est ce pas ?
Et ceci n’est ni la première ni la dernière expérience de l’Artiste.
